Forum Moderators are chosen by the Administrators, Head Moderators and Moderators. They have the responsibility and the rights to make sure the forums are clean of any contents, which may seem harmful or otherwise as inappropriate HDOP’s or otherwise known as Help Desk Operators are also chosen by the Administrators, Head Moderators and Moderators. They have the responsibility to answer any questions and enquiries about Don-City; however any questions, which are out of their league, should be posted in the Don-City Support where it will be personally answered by the Administrators, Head Moderators and Moderators. Moderators are chosen by the Administrators. They are in charge of some aspects of Don-City and have the right to IP Ban or Modkill anyone who fails to comply with the rules and regulations of Don-City. Head Moderators are Chosen by the Administrators only. They have the special right to Moderator most of Don-City and make similar decision, as the Admin would do, they have extreme responsibility and must comply with these all the time. |

Infiltration or attempt to infiltrate otherwise know as Hacking is not allowed and will also lead to Modkill The Use of Programs or scripts that may help or automatically accomplish Crimes or GTA is unappreciated and likewise will also lead to the account being Moderator Kill. Have More than one account or multiple accounts also known as Duping/Dupe/Duplicate Develop a bug which automatically makes money, harms other users or etc Sell any accounts or any features of another game on Don-City and Vice Versa Deliberately spam the forums, the game or features of Don-City. Advertise any features or material of another game on Don-City. |

Users have the right and the only right to access their own account. Any interactions found on the same IP such as accessing another person’s account, logging onto another accounts, multiple accounts will be the subject of having their account/s Moderator, IP Banned by the Moderators or Deleted by the Administrators No interactions of any kind on the same IP is not allowed, this includes deals, OC or transfers of money, points (otherwise known as Credits), Bullets, Properties/casinos etc. Anyone found to be interacting on the same IP will be Instantly Moderator Killed. This also includes sending money to Dons that is either owned / or a user on the same IP is a member of. If found doing this, you will be modkilled. Users are fully responsible with what they do with their account or passwords. Any mishaps will not make us liable for your actions, therefore please take care of your account and think of a good enough passwords which will not be hack-able A user who is hacked will also not make us liable for any of your actions, you are full responsible for this and you will not get a refund in any credits, money, properties, casino, bullets etc involved. | Don-City, which is generally known as Don-City in short provides its service to you, whom are subject at all times in following the TERMS OF SERVICE (TOS), The TOS of Don-City may change or be Modified at any time, therefore making it your responsibility in knowing or following upon the new TOS and familiarising with the regulations of Don-City. By Using the services made by Don-City you hereby agree automatically to the regulations and TOS of Don-City. Failure to comply will result in the Modkilling/IP Banning or even the deletion of your account losing all your right to credits, money etc. |
| 2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE |
Don-City provides it services as entertainment taking the form of an online text based RPG game, which allows user to interact with other users as well as having fun (this is the service). By agreeing to the TOS you also agree that Don-City may at sometime or at any time advertise in order for it to allow its services to be accomplished. Don-City may also need to make some communications, which may be about the resetting of the game, Administrative messages etc. These advertisements or communications made means that you will not be able to opt out of this if you ever wished to do so. Any new features introduced to Don-City such as new features or advertisement methods will also make you subject to the TOS, and that Don-City will not be held responsible for any consuming of time, miss-delivery or unable to restore the original settings of your account. In order to access Don-City you are held responsible for obtaining the services, which may be acted upon by third parties such as the charges of using an Internet service provider. However in the User of third party fees you as the user are solely responsible for those fees including fees which are associated with delivery of advertisements or communications. |

5. MEMBER ACCOUNT, PASSWORD AND SECURITY |
Once you have fully registered, completed and accepted the TOS, you will have become a fully functional member of Don-City and will automatically receive an email (the email you provided) of your Username and Password of your account on Don-City. As the owner of your own account you are solely responsible for the maintenance of your account and the confidentiality of your password. If by any chance you account was to be hacked we will not be responsible for the maintenance of your account and will have every right to terminate your account when we feel the need to do so. Once you have registered you are immediately subject to the TOS of Don-City. You must at any time notify Don-City of any unauthorized access of your password, account or any breach of security. You must also ensure that you have successfully logged yourself out of Don-City after each use. Don-City will not be responsible or liable for any damage done to your account. Don-City will at anytime have the right to access your account for information. Only the Administrators will have the power to do this. Any personal information about you will not be shared with any third party or any other person. You must never access DC using a proxy at any time. If you are caught doing so, you will be modkilled without warning. No authority from Don-City will ever ask for you password or email at anytime, this will generally be a constructed plan by hackers. If you do however decide to give your email or password, which in essence results in your account being hacked, Don-City will not be liable or held responsible of any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the TOS. |
| 6. MEMBER CONDUCT |
Upon Registering and agreeing to the TOS, you hereby agree that all information, text, data software, music, videos, sounds, photographs, images, graphic messages or any type of other material or content despite being posted publicly or privately it is the individuals sole responsibility from of which the content is originated. This is essence refers that Don-City under any circumstances will not be held liable for any contents transmitted within the service Don-City provides. Although Don-City does control the services it does not however control individual actions therefore any materials such as offensive, abusive, intolerable will not make Don-City liable for individual actions. Thus, upon registering you declare that you agree with individual actions and that anything done by you or other users will make it solely their own responsibility Upon Registering to Don-City you agree not to use the Service to: 1. Upload, post, email, transmit, introduce or make the availability of any content which is found to be unlawful, illicit, threatening, racial, vulgar, rude, offensive, crude, hateful, insulting, obnoxious, obscene, defamatory, slanderous, libel of another person or any other person of whom it may be aimed to. You must not also racially or ethnically abuse others. Users found to be doing so will have serious measures ten upon them of which include Moderator, IP Ban, and Account Deletion etc. 2. Abusing any staff measures is not considered in the best of interest of people, therefore anyone who is also found to be abusing threatening or making inappropriate posts about the staff will automatically without due warning have certain measures taken upon them. 3. Impersonate any person or otherwise falsely represent yourself as someone else rather than yourself, however, but limited to Don-City. 4. Upload, post, email, transmit, introduce or make the availability of any content, which is found to be unwelcome or illegal advertising, promotional or sponsorship materials or content, Junk mail, spamming, chain letters or of which is similar to any form of solicitation. 5. Upload, post, email, transmit, introduce or make the availability of any content which is found to exploit software viruses, computer codes, bugs, files designed to interrupt the functioning the service or cheatingly gain or destroy or limit any of the services VIA software, hardware or through any sort of communications. 6. Interfere or attempt to disrupt any of the services connected to Don-City 7. Disobey any of the rules, regulations, requirements, procedures or policies of networks, which may be connected to Don-City or any of the services. 8. Try or even attempt to stalk, harass or abuse any other users of Don-City. 9. Attempt to collect any personal information of any other users who play Don-City, anyone found to do so will instantly be Moderator. 10. Any Errors found within the game, which are also known as bugs should immediately be reported to the Moderators and Administrators. Benefiting from errors is also considered to be cheating and failure to report any cheat and rather abusing the bug found will result in an instant Moderator and most likely an IP Ban. 11. You should not kill any other account that has accessed DC using your computer/IP Address as this is classed as duping. In accordance to the TOS, you should acknowledge that Don-City has the right and sole discretion to remove or change any services or contents it provides, as well having the right to remove any such contents, which may go against the TOS. You agree with upon the TOS that you must bear all risks associated with the use of any content or service of which you use. |
7. SPECIAL WARNING FOR INTERNATIONAL USE |
| Within the TOS, you agree to comply with all local rules of the Internet online. You also agree to the applicable laws regarding the transmission of data, which is exported from the country of which you reside. |
8. ENCLOSURE OF THE SERVICE WHICH IS EITHER MADE OBTAINABLE OR SUBMITTED |

| Upon registering the TOS, you accept and acknowledge that Don-City may limit any services it provides concerning your use, limitations of the storage and use include; the number of days where upon messages are deleted to keep the services flowing without any hesitation, uploaded information or messages are kept on hold, the number of messages that can be sent to and from an account, the maximum amount of storage space which is allotted to each account as well as the maximum number of times as to which you have access to any service. 12. AMMENDMENTS TO THE SERVICES |

13. SUSPENSION / TERMINATION |
| You agree that Don-City at any time without due notice will have the right to suspend or permanently terminate your Don-City account under certain circumstances. Such extenuating circumstances may include; (I) violations or failure to comply with the TOS or any other part of agreement as agreed with Don-City, (II) requested by legal principles which prohibit your account to be used further on, (III) user requested (by yourself to terminate your account), (IV) following any rule, guideline or any part of the TOS which has been discontinued or either Modified, (V) unexpected problems or issues that may arise with the services of Don-City, (VI) any account of which has been discontinued, (VII) the termination of such account of which are solely existent to harm the service provided by Don-City. In doing so Don-City while terminating your account, you will lose access to; (I) any services gained or accessed within the account, (II) the access to your password and username of which will be deleted, (III) any files which are stored within the account ( messages, notepads, services gained etc). Furthermore, you also agree that any such terminations made within Don-City’s sole discretion as well as the fact that Don-City will not be help responsible or liable for any termination of your account which affects you or a third party. By accessing Don-City, you are agreeing that the Administrators have every right to terminate your account at anyone time and can deny all access to the service. Using the chat or forums to distribute contents such as MP3’s or any other illegal software will be deemed as prohibited, the same will go for pornography as well as racial hatred as this is too prohibited and will at no circumstances be tolerated. |
22. CREDITS |
Upon register onto Don-City you agree that the staff will not be held responsible or held liable for any credit losses which may occur due to transfers when either buying or selling. After purchasing the credits and receiving the credits after purchase, the owner of the credits will solely be held responsible for the outcome of what happens to the credits.
